Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Datarn.dev ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the datarn.dev website and all related applications, services, tools, and information made available on the Site, including any subdomains thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with our terms, then please do not access or use the Site.

Open Source Licenses

Much of the content on Datarn.dev is made available under open-source licenses, including MIT and Apache 2.0. Please refer to the specific license terms for each project or tool on our platform.

2. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit is true, accurate, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service
• You are not under the age of 13
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. User Contributions

The Site may invite you to chat, contribute, post, or display content such as web pages, comments, code snippets, project descriptions, and other content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Site. User Contributions appear on the Site and in third-party search engines, social media platforms, and other venues that may be indexed or visited by third parties. You acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for User Contributions you submit.

Your Grant of Rights

By posting User Contributions on or through the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, and distribute such content in any media or medium and by any means available now or in the future.
